A plan to reconquer the landscape: the vision for the future of Tirana from here to 2030 (TR030). This is in summary the project for the capital of Albania. A “kaleidoscopic city”, which today can count on a new tool for its better coordinated and broader management.
Tirana 2030 was the first experiment to visualize an animated Master Plan, functional schemes and space projects blend with the design concept inspired by fascinating animated graphic illustrations.
